14 years ago I stepped out of the movie theater and I was angry. What the hell was going on? I was very disappointed. It was a beautiful adventure and this was the end? I knew the next part is coming in a year, but I didn't like the end and I couldn't wait for a whole year to come back to Jackson amazing world! Yes, it is amazing, an entire universe is built up from Tolkien's pen, who created complete languages, poems for a fairy-tale world. And Peter Jackson dreamed it to the big screen with a decade of tireless work. …and when New Line Cinema logo slides in, I am there, in Middle- Earth. I see what Tolkien envisioned, it comes to life in front of my eyes: the peaceful and shiny Hobbiton, the dignified Rivendell and Lorien, the dark Moria, the simple Rohan, the proud Gondor and the devastating Mordor unfolds their reality in front of us and bring us the greatest adventure of all time. The emotions, the struggle and the breathtaking scenery together provides a magical atmosphere like no other. Swords and bows, orcs, trolls, elves, dwarfs, hobbits and wizards live in this world; the folk-tale story hits hard. We can feel the weight of the mission, the magnitude of the task, catharsis followed by catharsis. Movie about friendship, perseverance, self-sacrifice, hope and struggle against evil. In this epic everything is perfect for me. Either the story, the plot, the scenery, the music or the actors' amazing performance can not be argued.
The Lord of the Rings series has always been hailed as the one of the greatest trilogy of all there was enough curiosity to watch this first part already a huge box office success was a three hour long movie having enough elements to grab the attention of the onlookers.
First things acting was brilliant from each cinematography and the special effects were might get to see some great visuals, you may have never seen before.
In all, a great movie to catch on a first part itself is so beautiful generating enough hype to watch its successors.A true cinematic experience 9/10
